Master Hazards represent those hazards that can affect a whole organisation through every location, every unit and every site. These include buildings that are common throughout the organisation and other company wide hazards.
Step 1
The first step asks you to identify the hazard, describe it, state its significance and set it as active.
Step 2
This step allows you to create a control in order to minimize the risk of the hazard. You can add multiple controls if multiple steps are required to control the hazards risk.
Step 3
The third step in the process asks you to set a review date for the controls being implemented around the company. You can set a notification email for the review reminder as well as extra notes for the person reviewing the controls.
Step 4
The final step reviews your progress and allows you to edit any step before Logging the Hazard Report.
