Step 1
Head to Tools > Admin > Manage Hours.
Here you will be able to add hours per location. First add in the number of employees per site and then the number of employee hours per site > then click "Save location numbers".
To enter different months simply click on the month drop down.
Note: You can change whether you enter by location or by total business unit by heading to Tools > Admin > Settings > Hours settings.
Simply tick the box below.
On this screen you can also turn on/off the import function for uploading hours while also setting default numbers if your settings are constant throughout the year.
Step 2
To enter contractor hours head to Tools > Admin > Manage Contractor Hours.
Here you will be able to enter hours as a total for all contractors or per contracting company.
Step 3
Lastly you can enter hours for the whole organisation if you wish. Simply head to Tools > Admin > Organisation Manage Hours.
This is where you can view the current hours in your system or export/import an excel to override this number.
