Step 1
Head to Reports > HSE Data Report > Change Business Division to your company's name > Select Date Range > "Run Report".
Step 2
In Excel, copy Hours from first section and paste them below - where frequency rates are listed.
Step 3
Highlight the columns from Date - Hours and select Insert > Graph > Combo > Custom Combo Graph.
Step 4
Edit the Graph to the below specifications and tick the correct boxes for the second "Y" axis.
Click "Ok" to insert the graph to Excel.
