The UTI Report will list all incidents that have a treatment type of "Unable to Identify".
To run an UTI Report head to Reports > UTI Report.
You can click into any incident that has an "Unable to Identify" treatment type against it by clicking on the ID number.
The UTI Incident can also be emailed to the person that may need to follow it up by clicking on the email icon against the incident.
