National Incident Reports are an extension of the monthly reports. They not only can show incidents/near misses, etc. for a given time range but they can outline which type of people (employees, visitors, etc.) were involved.
Step 1
Fill out the report settings page by picking the business units you wish to see stats for, locations, the incident statuses and the start/end dates.
Select which Person types you want the report to reflect. You can select multiple by just click on each to highlight them.
Click the button "Run Report".
Step 2
Once you click "Run Report" you will be presented with an overview of the time period you have selected. To see specific incidents you can click on any number over zero.
