Weekly Reports allow users to view incident statistics on a monthly or weekly time frame.
Step 1
Fill out the settings for the weekly reports by choosing:
- A division or company wide.
- A business unit or division wide.
- One or More locations.
- Current status of incidents you wish to see.
- One or more person types.
- A particular week based on a week ending a chosen Sunday.
- Any date range.
The date priority used for the report is the same as that on screen, i.e. if there is a week ending in Sunday set it will take priority of the date ranges below it.
Step 2
Report Results:
This report produces information for incidents that have fallen within the given time period.
It will list the quantity of each treatment type of injury that occurred with a number of statistics such as hours worked, the amount of lost time from these incidents and the Frequency and Severity rates of the lost time injuries.
The next section of the report lists a summary of all the lost time injury incidents that occurred. You can click on the ID number to see further details on the incident.
The final section lists a summary of all the Medical Treatment Injuries that occurred. Again, you can click on the ID number to see further details on the incident.
