The Monthly Safety Report outlines major safety events that have occurred between a given time period and compares them with yearly rates.
Step 1
Fill out the report settings page as shown below.
Here you can set the various perimeters of the report, including the time-frame, business units and types of people you wish to run the report on.
Step 2
Once you hit the "Run Report" button you will be presented with the Monthly Safety Report.
The first section begins the report by listing any incidents that have occurred over the time period chosen against the last 12 months to compare both in their raw numbers including; Lost time injuries, Medical Treatment Injuries and First Aid Injuries.
Next, the report outlines the Frequency rates for all different types of incidents over the time period chosen and compares them with 12 month figures.
The third section, outlines further data on the given time range compared to the 12 rates. This includes; number of near misses logged, hazards logged, near miss/hit's logged, percentage of tasks completed as well as any training set for that time.
The last section of the report is shown below and starts by listing any Lost time injuries or Medical treatment injuries so that you can click into them for more detail if need be.
Finally, the Monthly Safety Report is completed by outlining the hazards logged in the reported area over the given time period comparing them against the 12 month numbers.
It also reminds the user to ensure that controls are completed against these hazards.
