The Site Performance Report creates a basic report which lists all:
- LTI's.
- MTI's.
- Serious Harm Injuries.
- First Aid's completed.
- RWI's.
- MTI's + RTI's.
- Near Misses.
- Hazards Identified.
- Hazards Resolved.
- Hazards Open.
- H&S Meetings.
Step 1
Fill out the perimeters of the report and decide whether you want the report based on certain locations or groups.
Step 2
Once you click "Run Report" you will be presented with a table outlining the information listed above.
