The Injury Type Exception Report displays all incidents between a given time period that were originally logged with an injury type of Unable to Identify and later updated to a different injury type such as First Aid Injuries.
Step 1
Fill out the perimeters of the report.
Step 2
Once you click "Run Report" you will be presented with all incidents that have had an injury type updated from "Unable to Identify" within the time period selected.
