The HSE Data Report stands for the Health & Safety Employee Report. This report essentially shows the performance of the company by putting together a yearly overview of important information in three different ways - showing trends, totals and other important reporting functions.
Step 1
Fill out the perimeters of the report as shown below. This report can be outputted either through a download to Excel or shown online through the "HTML" option.
Step 2
Once you click "Run Report" you will be presented with the HSE Report. Below you can see the report is divided into three sections.
The first is the Monthly data for employees, contractors and then both.
Secondly, the report outlines a running total of LTI's, MTI's, Near misses and Hours across employees, contractors and both combined.
Lastly, the report calculates the frequency rates for MTI's, LTI's, TRI's and Near Misses across employees, contractors and both combined.
