Module not showing up
If a module is not showing up on the left hand tool bar but you have completed the steps in the Adding Modules to different Business Units article, then please follow the below steps to ensure your correct unit lists are selected for the module to work.
Step 1
Head to tools > admin > manage unit lists
Step 2
Find a corresponding unit list that would relate to the module. e.g. if "Safety Observation" is not showing up go through any unit list named "observation".
Step 3
Click on through those lists and click on "Use this item" three times to select/de-select/re-select all of them to refresh the module.
Make sure you "Save the Unit List" after completed.
Step 4
Log out.
Step 5
Log back in to check if the module was successfully refreshed.
